Mcx Crudeoil futures fell 0.77 per cent to Rs 3,878 per barrel Thursday in line with a weak trends in overseas markets.

Mcx Crude oil for delivery in August contracts was trading lower by Rs 30, or 0.77 per cent, at Rs 3,878 per barrel with a business volume of 21,162 lots on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). 

Mcx Crude oil for delivery in August contracts was trading lower by Rs 30 at Rs 3,878 per barrel with a business volume of 21,162 lots on Mcx Commodity. 

The oil for delivery in September contracts also lost Rs 28, or 0.71 per cent, to Rs 3,901 per barrel in 191 lots. 

Meanwhile, West Texas Intermediate was down by 0.50 per cent at USD 56.16, while global benchmark Brent was down 0.44 per cent at USD 63.46 a barrel.
