MULTI COMMODITY EXCHANGE OF INDIA LTD(mcx commodity).has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons including Directors of the Company and their immediate relatives as well as for certain connected persons as identified by the Board of Directors w.e.f Monday, July 01, 2019 and shall open on Friday, July 19, 2019.
